Might be that it is playing the raw,recording in stead of the recording running with processing on playback?
Try " normalizing" the take first, then gain stage it back a few db

You have to lock your secondary cobtroller to a particular track in the sequencer and then you can select any other to be used with your master keyboard as usual

I dont think so, if in theorie prices have to drop by what ever reason, then no big developer would invest time in the re format cause it wont be profitable I think.

You can"authorize" one machine, including offline usage. Then use your login credentials on another machine. Only thing it'll require is a internet connection for verification when starting up reason.

Since reason will always act as a slave, the other daw wont have an option to route back. Instead you'd have to use a virtual interface, probably in the line of soundflower or something windows...

Huh? Still doesnt make a whole lotta sense to me? Since any midi doesnt record to audio instantly. You'd have to set that up first.

If you press record and then stop without it getting any midi input the recording clip will disappear cause there is no info, thus not leaving you with an empty clip

Put a neptune on it, you can sorta figure out the prominent tone.
I often use it to find prominent tonality of samples and such if I have trouble figuring it out by ear
